Our Team

Elia Kanaki

Founder, CEO, Creative Director

Elia has over 20 years of experience creating intuitive digital products. He founded ROSSUL in 2003 and continues to lead creative direction across all projects. Elia also teaches Visual and User Experience Design at the University of Toronto School of Continuing Studies.

Arthur Roytburg

Senior Business Analyst

Arthur graduated from University of Toronto with a Master of Science. With 20+ years of software engineering experience in the telecommunications industry under his belt, Arthur has extensive expertise in every stage of the software product life cycle. He specializes include RFP/RFI response, high level and detail design estimates, client and internal reviews, workshops and JADs, functional documentation, and assistance with product deployment.

Julia Michry

Art Director, UX Designer

Julia brings more than 20 years of experience in graphic design and publishing. After graduating with honours from the School of Visual Arts in NY, she has received over 25 awards and recognition for her work. Prior to ROSSUL, she was the Senior Art Director for Time Inc. Custom Publishing and Fitness Magazine.

Konstantin Krupovich

Senior System Architect

Konstantin is a system architect with a wide range of technical, management and business experience. He excels in planning challenging environments ranging from enterprise cloud solutions to Blockchain software integration research and development, where pragmatic and innovative thinking is required to be successful. Konstantin holds an MA in Economics and a BA in Computer Science.

Wanyi Men

Senior UX designer

Wanyi combines deep technical expertise with a sharp design sensibility and business insight. Her passion lies in simplifying complex workflows through precise, user-focused solutions. With a Master's Degree in Engineering and multiple awards to her name, Wanyi brings clarity and confidence to every project. She speaks English and Mandarin.

Artem Egorov

Lead Developer

Artem Egorov leads Rossul’s development team. He holds a Master’s degree in Computer Science and has been building advanced software solutions since 2013. His background spans machine learning, computer vision, and game development—bringing deep technical insight to each project.

Max Bauer

Sr. Developer

Max Bauer is a senior developer with a BA in Mathematics and a strong foundation in system administration, cybersecurity, and software engineering. He’s passionate about staying on top of new technologies and approaches development with curiosity and precision. Outside of work, he enjoys roller-skating, walking his dog, and staying active.

Tom Molotko

Front-End Developer

Tom is a senior front-end developer with 15 years of experience building web and mobile applications. He specializes in Angular, React, JavaScript, and TypeScript. Known for his speed and precision, Tom ensures interfaces are implemented exactly to spec, supporting performance and maintainability at scale.

Artyom Vershinin

QA Engineer

Artyom holds a Master’s degree in Computer Science and has over 15 years of experience. He specializes in translating business requirements into test strategies, plans, and scenarios. At Rossul, he designs scalable test infrastructure and automation frameworks that are easy to maintain and reuse across projects.
