Elia Kanaki
CEO, Founder

For almost 20 years, Elia Kanaki has been creating outstanding user experiences. An expert in user-oriented communication and GUI design, Elia founded Rossul Design in 2003.

As a design strategist, Elia can translate complex ideas into simple and easy-to-use interfaces. Prior to Rossul Design, Elia was the co-founder and VP of User Experience at Slangsoft, a firm specializing in intelligent Text Input and Display Platform (iTID) that helped facilitate foreign language input and display on handheld products. In 2002, Slangsoft was acquired by Research in Motion (RIM).

A graduate of the Academy of Applied Arts in St. Petersburg, Russia, Elia has a Masters of Applied Arts (MAA) in Applied Design.

Serge brings 11 years of programming experience; Solid background in Object Oriented Programming and Development

Julia Michri
Senior Art Director

Julia brings more than 20 years of experience in graphic design and publishing.

Previously, Julia worked as Senior Art Director for Time Inc. Custom Publishing and Fitness Magazine. At Time Inc she was head designer of publications such as NYSE (New York Stock Exchange), Capital Acumen (US Trust) and All Animals (Humane Society of United States) magazines.

Julia graduated with Honours from School of Visual Arts, NY. Julia has received more than 25 awards and recognitions for her work.

Andrew Zwirko
UX, UI Desinger

Andrew brings a unique combination of technical skills with profound knowledge in Web and Mobile Usability. He is an enthusiastic designer with 8 years experience creating simple, compelling interfaces for web and mobile devices. Andrew strives to create optimized user experiences by frequently studies real user behaviour.

A graduate of the Lviv Polytechnic National University, Lviv, Ukraine, Andrew has a BS in Applied Mathematics.

Roman Shpakovych
Project Manager, Team Leader

Roman is an experienced Web and GUI software developer, Project Manager, Team Lead, System Architect. He brings more than 9 years of experience leading complex IT projects

MBA in Applied Mechanics and Mathematics from Lviv National University.

Tom Molotko
Lead Developer (Front-end)

Tom brings 5 years of experience in making pixel perfect CSS and passion for optimizing front end code.
