Project Description: CardOne Plus is an electronic payment company delivering proprietary “middleware” and “Best in Class” solutions to the rapidly growing global payments industry. A leading provider of electronic payment solutions, the company has integrated our platforms with various payment networks. The objective was to create a unique, highly recognizable online presence for the company at the same time communicating the idea of its business.
The Challenge
This project was the logical extension of eWallet project, completed earlier by Rossul Design. We had to develop and create a new branding style that would be connected with previously designed online service’s GUI and still be distinctive enough to stand on its own.
The Plan
To ensure focus on the content and products highlights, Rossul Design employed a minimalistic approach, keeping the number of colours and additional elements to the minimum. The informational architecture of the site uses the same structure as eWallet, eliminating any learning curve for users.
The Design
As we incorporated the informational structure of the previously designed site with the existing company logo and a cohesive colour palette, the look and feel of the site is extremely logical and understandable. To facilitate easy-of-use, a one-panel global navigation bar was positioned at the very top of the page. This also maximizes usable page space making the site more user-friendly for customers using portable devices. Each page has a dedicated constant zone for page-related links so that site visitors can access additional features intuitively.
The Result
The final CardOne Plus site is highly optimized and able to be fully and easily indexed by search engines with a pure CSS-based website. The site is in full compliance with W3C accessibility guidelines. A consistent colour palette contributes greatly to an instinctive site navigation and usage. As well, it creates a completely branded experience.

By using a global navigation bar, we utilized the space more effectively, allowing for more content without scrolling and easy navigation.
CSS Driven Buttons
Rossul Design used CSS driven buttons that look custom to the end-user, but in the eyes of the search engines’ crawlers look like regular HTML. This means that all content can be indexed and it is extremely accessible to end-users as well.
Custom Illustrations
Our specially designed illustrations created a highly recognizable visual style, which helped communicate the message faster and more efficiently.
CSS Style Tables
The website is fully CSS driven, which means consistent presentation, easy updates and customization.
Intuitive Space-Saving Forms
Having labels positioned inside the text fields allows CardOne Plus to save valuable space and helps users avoid unnecessary scrolling.
