    Rossul Design is pleased to announce a launch of new The Ontario Telemedicine Network (OTN) website and Content Management System. OTN is an independent, not-for-profit organization that is funded by the Province of Ontario. “Telemedicine” (TM) is the delivery of health-related services and information using telecommunications technologies.
